PEEL Collab: color film dev + scan

  • 722 Sumner Spring Lane Chapel Hill (map)

In this weekday workshop, students learn the hybrid workflow of developing analog color film and scanning the negatives. We begin at PHOTO FARM where participants develop their 35mm color negative film (C-41) and then set off to nearby Peel Gallery to learn best practices for scanning.  Bring your exposed film to the workshop and go through the development process. Once it is dry, head to Peel and digitize your roll!

Prepare by purchasing and shooting 1 roll of 35mm color negative (C-41 process) film in advance of the workshop. And, please bring an external hard drive/thumb drive for your time at Peel.

Parental consent required for children under 18 years old (minimum age is 15).
