In the next generation of our PHOTO FARM + Super G Print Lab collab, a 2-part workshop, students learn from start-to-finish how to make a studio portrait and turn it into a 2-color Risograph print! Students spend the first session at PHOTO FARM learning the fundamentals of portraiture using digital cameras and artificial studio lighting, followed by instruction for a short duotone file prep in Adobe Photoshop.

Super G Print Lab will host the next day of the workshop where you’ll complete the transformation of your self-portrait into a vibrant a 2-color Riso print. Students begin by refining their duotone Photoshop files and exporting them as PDF’s which are then printed from Risograph stencils. Once completed participants will have a strong foundation for both artificial lighting with DSLRs and further Riso printing explorations.

Parental consent required for children under 18 years old (minimum age is 15).
